I'm a fairly sloth-like individual. I like nothing better than a nap in a cozy warm corner away from drafts. I've no huge portfolio to brag about as such, but try to do my bit for "the team" when I get the chance.

I start computing on a ZX81, but didn't have much of talent for coding. I soon grew tired of computers and didn't get another one until 1995. I played a little Doom but it was Duke3d that really caught my interest. I even managed to rise above my lethargy to produce a single duke3d map: Crazy Golf.

I pottered around the Internet aimlessly after the Duke3d scene took a dive, and finally got into Quake1 (which I had previously ignored) in about 1998. After playing DM and CTF for a few years solid, I started QuakeTerminus.com in 2001. Quake1 was past it's heyday and Quake1 files were dropping off the Internet at an alarming rate. I started the site to preserve some of those files, and after 200,000 hits and a lot of nice feedback, I'm glad I did it.

Incidentally was the first Moderator of John Romero's GameTalk, and I'm still a fan. :)
