may be something like german last name ?
i dunno. well, i am the programmer in general of course!
i started from c (not from basic - hehe,as it at tradition) and quake2 mod's making! i spent several months for it! all dudes in School,and university was kicking my ass by foot on lessons about c,basic,and c++.
they wanted my help :) but i did 16x combo to each and said - you pay me for it and be happy. yeah , i was earning not bad! :))
so after i fucked down all quake2-3 code (i learned too much basic game features ), i started to think about my own engine. well, here goes too long history about my own brain fucking,therefore i will skip it. :)
so soon i had my own renderer and nothing more. i added player walk move and shootings. heh i was shooting over quads. renderer looked like quake3 engine. yeah, only lightmaps :) i brought it into School, and i made the party with it. i can remember, i asked my c++ teacher something about bsp - he looked at me and he spoke nothing! he is lamer - I have thought :)
btw - this engine - I have passed examination by the automatic device! in my university i was ruling also. when we was studying "mathlab", i without any strains said to teacher - hey dude,this fuckin shit does not any emotions for me. you make full bullshit here. i am the master and i will do it in 10 min. therefore all kicked my ass by foot. :) later i learned about tech spec. of doom3. I worked hard for my new engine's.! yes ,i got renderer like doom3. but it was too slow on my geforce2 ( something about 0.5-1 fps) LOL :) soon i did physics and many new things. later i got familiar with my future co-workers, and they offered job to me. do you all remember my post about work's incident ? yeah.. after i worked for em the one year. i was fired. later this fuckin stupid boss fired all his co-workers.
he spent all his money for game's art. - he must suck - we said,....and so on....
it is cool,that i still have copyrights.
now - the my engine almost is finished. technology - doom3,unreal3. physics (all kinds) . but it still have lot of problems,therefore i seek programmer at present time. endless depressions and "crunch mode" (i don't know exactly,that it is,but if you will think,that I the finished alcoholic or freak,it not so:)) we founded company. we work together and current project is fps. I suppose,that we will have Foreign publisher,because the russia have no future with gamedev for some reasons! though. i dunno so far. now we must get the demo. this is the first point. i can not say anything more ,about my game. as says one our familiar person: "we are in stealth mode" :)
